Vegitable stir fry recipe

Here's a simple vegetable stir-fry recipe that you can customize with your favorite vegetables and seasonings:

Ingredients:

Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, onions, etc.), sliced or chopped

2 tablespoons cooking oil (such as vegetable oil, sesame oil, or olive oil)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon minced ginger (optional)

Soy sauce or tamari, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce (optional, for added heat)

Sesame seeds or chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop all your vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Keep them separate if they have different cooking times.

Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

Add Vegetables: Start adding the vegetables to the skillet or wok, starting with the ones that take the longest to cook (e.g., carrots, broccoli). Stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften but are still crisp.

Season: Season the vegetables with soy sauce or tamari according to your taste preference. Add salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings such as red pepper flakes or sriracha if desired. Toss the vegetables to coat them evenly.

Cook Until Tender: Continue stir-frying the vegetables until they reach your desired level of tenderness. Be careful not to overcook them; you want them to remain slightly crisp.

Serve: Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove the skillet or wok from the heat. Transfer the stir-fried vegetables to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.

Enjoy: Serve your vegetable stir-fry as a side dish or over cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious creation!
